Abstract
The study was conducted at Consolacion National High School – Evening Class (Senior High School) under the Cebu Province Division to develop a School-Industry Immersion Guide in Bread and Pastry for Senior High School students. Its goal is to provide students with a structured and guided work immersion experience, allowing them to gain firsthand exposure to the real-world work environment. The guide will assist immersion supervisors in assigning tasks that align with students’ skills and help teachers focus on essential competencies during training and lectures, ensuring alignment with industry needs. Additionally, it will support administrators in determining appropriate senior high school specializations based on local business demands, bridging the gap between labor market needs and the supply of skilled workers both nationally and globally.
