Fundamental information on educational planning: a comparative study across educational contexts

Abstract

This study analyzed the different approaches to educational planning across various countries. The study is conducted using a comparative qualitative approach based on the analysis of secondary data collected from different countries. The study investigated competency-based education, decentralization, stakeholder involvement, and cultural inclusivity. The findings highlight that successful educational planning incorporates adaptable policies, innovative curriculum designs, and inclusive governance. In stakeholder engagement, digital integration, and vocational training play crucial roles in addressing modern educational challenges. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous reforms to ensure holistic student development and economic alignment, fostering sustainable education systems in all countries.
